This is the name of the top level in the Program. A Member qualifies for this level and is entitled to the services and benefits attached to this level if he has earned enough credits during one calendar year. A Privilege Member qualifies to the Elite level when he/she makes more than twenty five (25) eligible rentals or more than eight five (85) rented days.
