I lost the email with my reward. What should I do?

If you have received a Privilege reward but can no longer find the email, please contact us here. A Privilege specialist will take a look at your request and send your reward again.

It is vital you keep a valid email address on your profile. You can update this email address at any time in the Account area on the Europcar website or by contacting us.
