I'm not getting any information about my Privilege membership or rewards. What should I do?

We do everything we can to ensure you get notified about your rewards, but sometimes emails go astray!

All important updates, rewards and changes to your Privilege membership are sent to the email address on your account. It is vital you keep this email address up to date. You can update this email at any time in the Account area on the Europcar website or by contacting us.

If you believe you have missed out on a reward, please contact us here. A Privilege specialist will take a look at your request and send you any rewards you have earned.
