To retrieve your password, please click on the link "Forgot your password" on the home page of our sites or in the my Europcar section. You will then be asked to supply the answer to your secret question and we will send you an email with a new password. You may change that new password in the my Europcar section on receipt of the email. You can also send an e-mail on our Contact Us section indicating your date of birth, Europcar ID number and driving licence.
