I forgot my Europcar ID. What can I do?
Please check your Europcar Privilege card : you can find your number on the front of the card under " ID ".
Alternatively, you can look up the number under " Driver ID " on your most recent Europcar invoice or rental agreement.
Otherwise, please use the ID search function in the " My Account " area by clicking on "Forgot your ID?" click.Alternatively, you can send us a message via our contact page stating your birthday and the first and last 4 digits of your driving licence number.
